The role consists of
# Making welcome calls to customers who have recently joined the fund's services, information and guidance on the clinic to which they belong.
# Providing comprehensive service to customers who have made a move, information for discharged soldiers and their attachment back to the checkout
# Retaining customers who have expressed signs of abandonment and dissatisfaction on a variety of different platforms.
The hotline is active from 8:45 to 19:00 and on Fridays from 08: 00-13: 00.
Morning shift 08: 45-17: 00 Evening: 11: 00-19: 00
Willingness to work morning and evening shifts is required
Base Hourly Wages Plus High Bonuses on Meeting Service and Retention Goals (1278)
Work in Jaffa (Hatkuma Street next to Bloomfield) / Negev Mall in Be'er Sheva / Azrieli Center in Holon / Givat Shaul in Jerusalem / or Science Park in Rehovot
Experience in customer service / sales - an advantage.
High service consciousness, persuasiveness, assertiveness and ability to deal with objections.
