Finding jobs that match the capabilities and skills of the service recipient and accompanying the integration process.
Guidance and advice to the employer and / or a contact person on his behalf for the purpose of absorbing the recipient of the service and during his current work. Including exercising the rights of the employer.
Marketing the service to partners in the community.
Holder of a bachelor's degree, preference for a degree in the relevant social sciences.
Preference for those with experience in rehabilitative work.
Ability to have very good interpersonal relationships while being sensitive to the needs of the individual and the group.
Familiarity with the world of work in the free market.
Initiative, creativity and the ability to negotiate.
Ability to work in full cooperation with one or more teams.
Knowledge of the Hebrew language on the written and oral basis, priority for speakers of other languages: Arabic, Russian.
