Ambulant Urgent Medical Services needs customer service representatives. As part of the job - providing services to the company's customers and handling all required issues such as malfunctions and providing a telephone answer to problems, handling charges and disconnections. Emphasis on dealing with a population that is usually older and sick and requires patience and courtesy.
Work at the company's hotline in Haifa on Sundays-Thursdays between the hours of 12: 00-20: 00 or 11: 00-19: 00 and Friday alternately
Previous experience in telephone customer service - priority!
Familiarity and basic technical knowledge - technical affinity
Ability to handle complex calls (charges, glitches, disconnections)
Service and courtesy alongside professionalism
