A customer service center at a well-known bank in Jerusalem (city center) recruits bankers by telephone

The job includes: answering incoming calls to credit applicants, making outgoing calls to recruit new customers, retaining and expanding activities with existing customers. - Banking service in a variety of direct channels, telephones and digital.

Work in shifts between days Sunday and Thursday:

Morning shift between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00.

Evening shift between 12:00 and 20:00

Day shift and 8:30 -12: 30.-Once a fortnight

Job requirements


* Experience in the field of sales - mandatory, priority in the financial field.

* High and service-oriented customer awareness, marketing and sales ability. * Ability to work together.

* Basic computer system control.
