# Making welcome calls to customers who have recently joined the fund's services, information and guidance on the clinic to which they belong.
# Providing comprehensive service to customers who have made a move, information for discharged soldiers and their attachment back to the checkout
# Retaining customers who have expressed signs of abandonment and dissatisfaction on a variety of different platforms.
The hotline is active from 8:45 to 19:00 and on Fridays from 08: 00-13: 00.

Job requirements

 Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineer - required. Master's degree - an advantage.
 At least 5 years of experience in managing the field of maintenance / engineering in a manufacturing plant - required. Advantage of experience in the field of food / pharma.
 In-depth familiarity with different content worlds in the world of maintenance and engineering.
 High control of computer applications - required.
 High level English - required.
 High ability to conduct negotiations.
 Proven experience in management, with an emphasis on leading and motivating teams and processes to meet goals.
 Previous experience working with diverse interfaces and / or in a global organization - an advantage.
 Familiarity with advanced methodologies for managing and improving performance - an advantage.
