    A global and leading company needs a quality assurance lab manager.

    As part of the job:
    The management of the quality system / quality laboratory receives the raw material and packaging materials
    With an emphasis on production process.
    2.1 Ongoing management of all laboratory activities and the team of quality auditors.
    2.2 Responsibility for audit receipt of raw materials and packaging.
    2.3 Writing procedures and work instructions for the management and ongoing work of the laboratory.
    2.4 Monitoring of detained products, exceptions and destruction and conducting monthly meetings on reporting and issuing corrective actions against.
    2.5 Monitoring morning tastings and trend analysis.
    2.6 Monitoring of laboratory results: annual sampling, nutritional values, ongoing tests.
    2.7 Orders equipment and materials for the laboratory and meeting the laboratory's annual budget.
    2.8 Approval of HUGC specifications and packaging, warranty on HACCP HUG in product development and quality assurance technology.
    2.9 Responsibility for maintenance of raw material specifications and packaging with emphasis on changing supplier and values.
    2.10 Management of a communication system with suppliers while the supplier solves complaints.
    2.11 Management of the quarantine system for the factory products.

    Food Engineer / Biotechnology / Food Technologist
    Previous experience - an advantage
