    Overview

    This team handles customers for whom a sale has been made but an installation has not yet been made - that is, they are not yet active customers.
    Customer inquiries are mainly:
    • Changing the installation date
    • Change in service (change in viewing package, route, change in converters/steamers, etc.)
    • Explanation of the contract
    • Change of payment method
    • Canceling a transaction - this is actually a retention call for all intents and purposes
    Working with interfaces such as - the remote control, external marketers (also synergistic)
    It's an intense and stressful work environment - 8-hour shifts, continuous calls, waiting calls, difficult customers, a five-year-old who runs the shift.

    work hours-
    The work is on Sunday-Friday between the hours of 8-16, 9-17, 10- and alternate Fridays between the hours of 8-13
    ** There is no possibility of flexibility in working hours

    wage-
    Base salary - min (NIS 29.12 per hour) +
    Bonus - the average bonus ranges from 1500-2000 NIS and the maximum bonus is 2500 NIS. The bonus is for meeting goals - retention goals and amount of customer treatments (the provider)

    Job requirements

    The position is a service position and therefore the emphasis is on the representative's level of service. He should be patient and accommodating, who listens and is customer oriented. He should be polite and presentable.
    Here, too, we have to deal with difficult customers, so resilience, restraint and pleasant assertiveness are required.
    Retention skills and persuasiveness are also very important - there are many retention talks and the representatives are measured on this.
    The position also includes an administrative aspect - the representatives are responsible for updating documents, means of payment, etc. in the subscription. For this purpose, they need order and organization skills and attention to detail, should be thorough.
