Answering incoming calls - average of up to half a minute per call. Working in shifts 24/7. Must submit 3 types of shifts - morning/evening/night midweek (Sunday to Thursday) + 1 weekend. Morning shift: 7:00 to 15:00. Evening shift: 15:00 to 23:00. Night shift: 23:00 to 7:00 the next morning. Salary 52 NIS per hour (after training) + bonuses for those who qualify!

· Overall responsibility for the organization's finances, accounting, and payroll.

· Control of accounting records and payroll, actual recording, backup and professional guidance

· Reports: preparing budgets, performance reports, submitting material for financial reports, and more

· Assistance in managing payroll accounts in the Oketz software from end to end: attendance, employee onboarding, calculations, employment terminations, payments and reports to insurance funds and authorities, and more

Accounting assistance in profitable software up to balance sheet: supplier invoices and payments, petty cash, receipts and donations, card adjustments, banks and credit, authorities and more.

Job requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in payroll and accounting – required

· Experience working in a non-profit organization – a significant advantage

· Experience in profitable and stingy software, good knowledge of Excel

· In-depth knowledge of labor law

· High level of order and accuracy, responsibility, ability to work independently as well as in a team

Job conditions:

· Job scope: 65%-85%

Job Description: A high-tech company is looking for a traffic safety officer to manage and be responsible for the company's vehicle fleet. This is a part-time position (two days a week). Main areas of responsibility: · Management and overall responsibility for the organization's vehicle fleet. · Ongoing dealings with leasing companies and suppliers (coordinating treatments, tests). · Preparation and delivery of vehicles to new employees and return of vehicles. · Monitoring and controlling vehicle and driver licenses. · Responsibility for implementing safety procedures at work and in traffic in accordance with regulations. · Investigating safety incidents and road accidents, and drawing lessons. · Annual refresher and training for company drivers.
