• Software operation tutorials for customers
• Installations
• Fixing bugs related to the software and its environment

Job requirements

Preference is given to those with a technical background and representatives of a past or present support center.

• Technical knowledge in software installation and removal (required)
• Technical knowledge in solving a variety of problems Windows 7-10 (significant advantage)
• Microsoft Office Troubleshooting (Advantage)
• Connecting and setting up printers and scanners (advantage)
