  Overview

  We are recruiting! The SMTECH IT team is looking for the new cannon to join the family!
  - Technical support for the company's customers in a variety of areas, from end stations to complex server environments and cloud services.
  - Full-time.
  - Combined work in our offices in Kafas and service on the company's customer site, mainly in the Sharon area and Tel Aviv (not nationwide).

  Requirements

  The position is for residents of Sharon and the center only.
  Requirements: -Proven experience of at least two years in providing service and support to business customers- Mandatory.
  Proven knowledge and experience in PC and servers.
  In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft and Office operating systems / servers - required.
  - Proven experience and knowledge in Hyper-V / VMware virtual systems.
  Introduction to AD, DNS, Exchange, G-Suite / 365.
  -Experience with remote control software.
  -Experience in providing support in a multi-user environment- Required.
  -In-depth familiarity with communication equipment.
  - Familiarity with the MAC environment
  - High service consciousness and excellent interpersonal skills.
  ** Significant advantage for licensees for two-wheeled vehicles
