  Overview

  Oren Office Furniture, located in the heart of Tel Aviv, needs a personal assistant:
  As part of the job :
  - Assistance to the CEO of the company in the management of the company's activities and all that this entails.
  - Providing an ongoing administrative response
  Hazel Trucking Management
  - Receiving an audience and providing a frontal and telephone service to the firm's clients

  Requirements:
  -Excellent interpersonal
  - Has spatial vision
  Ability to handle multi-tasking and time management
  - Order and organization and knowledge in office programming.

  This is a full-time job on Sundays-Thursdays between the hours of 08: 30-18: 00 - availability for overtime is required if necessary.
