    • Accompanying processes with the Enforcement and Collection Authority, the Insolvency Commissioner and other regulatory bodies. Job requirements:
    • At least 5 years of experience in a leading law firm in the field of insolvency and/or banking litigation and/or collection.
    • Experience in a financial institution, particularly in connection with collection units – a significant advantage.
    • Knowledge and familiarity with insolvency law, enforcement, and regulations relevant to the areas of collection and credit.
    • Ability to lead and drive processes independently.
    • Broad systemic vision and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with different interfaces.
    • Readiness and learning of new regulatory and legal areas and ongoing monitoring of legal developments.
